While with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialized in federal insurance taxation of large and mid-size Life Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance Groups, serving clients in Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire and Upstate New York.

Experienced in all areas of corporate law and federal income taxation including, but not limited to, corporate organization and dissolution, investment issues, reserve issues, accounting method issues surrounding generally accepted accounting principle-based statements, statutory statements, international taxation, information reporting and withholding issues, employee benefits analysis, employment handbooks, mergers, acquisitions, transactional cost issues, demutualizations, and representation of clients before the IRS at Exam and Appeal levels.
